I'm not really sure if this place has watched too many episodes of The Bear, but I was certainly surprised when I asked to switch from on dressing to another on a sandwich at the counter, only to find when delivered "The Chef" would not allow it. Seriously. "The Chef." The reason was for a food allergy - no one asked - and you would have thought when I told the server that he would have considered it a good reason. "Well we don't ever do that; I need to ask 'The Chef.'" I told him not to bother. I certainly won't again. To be clear this is the Cambridge Crossing location.
