I’m currently in Greece for holidays visiting with family. My sister who now lives here; needed to find a reliable, used car & since I used to be in the automobile sales business- I told her I’d help her with her search.

After speaking with some locals, we were told to “go see Pano at Car Deal in Patras”

We ‘Google mapped searched’ Car Deal & it was honestly one of the most seamless, basic & stress free navigation experiences during my entire holiday in Greece.

We easily found our way to the dealership & I was immediately impressed with how clean, organized & professional their dealership was.

One of my biggest complaints about Greece is how difficult it is to find parking- cars are usually packed tight like sardines but the lot was well spaced out & we quickly made our way inside & didn’t have to suffer through the stressful situation of having to circle around & around the vicinity to find a safe, suitable place to park.

We were introduced by a friendly young man who was doing some work on a vehicle, I did as I was told & ‘asked for Pano’.

We were motioned to come inside the nice air conditioned office & had the privilege of meeting ‘Pano’.

He warmly greeted us, immediately asked if we would like some water as it was quite hot that day.

We were told to have a seat on the couch & that he was just going to be a few minutes as he was finishing up with another matter. We sat back & relaxed a bit.

Within a few minutes Pano came back & introduced himself, told us to come sit at his desk & to my surprise- spoke English perfectly.

My Greek isn’t that good & I instantly felt relieved that there would be no problem with any ‘miscommunication’ in regards to any important information & details that would be involved in the process ahead.

I immediately knew he was a professional.
His first ‘qualifying’ questions were almost EXACTLY the same as the ones I had learned when I was in the car sales business

“ What is the main purpose of the car going to be used for?”

“ Who is primarily going to be driving the car”

“ Do you have any specific preferences in particular that are going to be required”

Immediately I knew we were going to be in good hands

He had a decent sized inventory for us to choose- some really nice cars in fact, but - we had a specific budget in mind & after a brief discussion- he narrowed it down to a handful of options for us to consider.

My sister & I both liked the cute little Peugeot he had on his lot - he did a ‘walk around the car’ with us - explaining the important features and specifications & my sister & I both felt comfortable with wanting to take the next step- taking it for a test drive.

He drove the car first - going through many of the car’s features & after a few minutes- he found a quiet, safe area to pull over- we switched positions & I took over driving.

We asked him many questions about the vehicle & its history- as it was pre owned- he answered all of them for us & had also mentioned that he had a full service record and all the important documentation pertaining to this particular vehicle for us to look at once we returned to his office

We noticed a few minor issues with the vehicle & he assured us that they all would be taken care of - that really put both of our minds at ease.

After we made it back to his dealership- my sister & I both felt confident in deciding to go ahead & do business with him.

We shook hands & he said he’d be right back. He returned with all the vehicle’s service history-I was relieved to see that all ‘major’ service was done.

He also said the car was getting its AC system serviced ( a MUST have in Greece ) the icing on the cake was that new tires were going to be installed & the vehicle would be ready for delivery in a few days.

All in all, the entire process went smoothly & without any issues

Συνεργείο πρότυπο, όπως θα έπρεπε να είναι όλα. Καθαρό και με τα κατάλληλα διαγνωστικά και την εμπειρία για επισκευές σύγχρονων αυτοκινήτων. Είναι παροχή υπηρεσιών πέρα από τα συνηθισμένα, σέβονται το αυτοκίνητο και τον οδηγό του. Ο,τι πληρώνεις παίρνεις!

Συνεργείο αυτοκινήτων που τα έχει όλα... προσωπικό με γνώση, γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση και φιλικό περιβάλλον... και οι τιμές είναι ανάλογες της ποιότητας της δουλειάς τους. Πραγματικά το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα καθώς ο έλεγχος που γίνεται στα αμάξια ξεπερνάει κατά πολύ τον έλεγχο που κάνουν ακόμη και αντιπροσωπείες.

Τους επισκέφτηκα για βλάβη που η αντιπροσωπία της Renault δεν είχε επισκευάσει και την οποία στην cardeal εντόπισαν σε 5 λεπτά.

Πήρα αυτοκίνητο μεταχειρισμένο με 67000χλμ και στις 2 εβδομάδες βάρεσε στρόφαλο,μου το κράτησαν σχεδόν 2 μήνες για επισκευή και μετά από 1 μήνα ξανά κινητήρα, τα χλμ δεν ήταν πραγματικά γιατί όταν το πήγα σε δικό μου μάστορα και το κοίταξε μου είπε την εξής κουβέντα 467000 μπορεί να έχει 67000 με τίποτα συν ότι με τον έναν από τους δύο υπεύθυνους είχαμε και μια έντονη κουβέντα το αποτέλεσμα ένα αυτοκίνητο που πήρα 10000 σε εννέα μήνες κατοχή στο όνομα μου τους έξι ήταν συνεργείο και τελικά το έδωσα με πρόβλημα 5000,δλδ εχασα τα λεφτα μου.Μου είχαν πει ότι υπάρχει βιβλίο service και μου εμφάνισαν βιβλίο service της εταιρείας τους λέγοντας πως τα οχήματα που εισάγονται συνήθως δεν φέρουν βιβλίο service,δυστυχώς την πάτησα και ειχα κάνει την αγορά
