Ein sehr schönes, außergewöhnliches Hotel!

Das Hotel hat eine Art eigenen Jungle, worin 4 Parteien Holz-Häuschen stehen, die sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber sind.
Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Ich kann leider keine 5 Sterne geben, da das Hotel nah an einer Partymeile liegt, die man abends und in der Nacht sehr gut hören kann...
Und weil das Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant besitzt, man muss zum Essen an den Strand, in ein Restaurant zum Essen gehen in dem Preis-Leistung eher weniger stimmig ist.

Awesome place has washer and dryer for your clothes. Has 2 long fishing docks and a boat launch ramp. Also has multiple BBQ pits and a gazebo in the front. But the best part is you literally walk 50 feet and you have prime fishing and a beautiful view! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

The overall resort was wonderful. Very clean. We had condo 604 and 605. 605 was spectacular: clean and updated. 604 was the opposite. Felt it had been sitting there empty for quite some time empty. Many things were broke, however the beds were absolutely awesome!

Service is very delayed. The first room checked in flooded severely. We called to report it after 40mins of water running into the main room, and maintenance not showing up we walked to the front desk. They did not try to accommodate us after a hour, they placed us in a new room. The resort is aesthetically pleasing but the service is horrible. We called for ice, they took a hour to bring it. The balconies only have door handles on the inside, we looked ourselves out and they took almost a hour to let us in. After the 2nd maintenance man we finally got in. We ate at moor beach there was a piece of hair wrapped in my steak, I was almost finished with the meal so they didn’t want to comp the meal which is insane. They offered me a drink for the inconvenience. I’m very disappointed in how they handled us as guest. No one deserves this as paying customers.

I’ve stayed over here at the Kontiki beach hotel twice this month and both of the times were terrible. The first time we stayed over there the room smelled so bad we couldn’t step in. It smelled like a gutter in there. After like an hour it went away and we also were trying to use the microwave but it was just so dirty we had a hard time heating up our food. The second time we stayed over there we noticed that the tv this time wasn’t a smart tv and we had to watch it on cable. I mean how much is smart tv nowadays anyway couldn’t be too expensive. We also had trouble with the bathroom door as the lock wasn’t properly functional and we also accidentally locked ourselves out of the restroom. Thankfully tho we had a very helpful lady who gave us tools to unlock the door. I don’t really remember her name but she had tattoos in the side of her neck. Also, the sink this time was very dirty my mom had to clean the whole house thing before we could’ve used it.
Overall we had a disappointing time over here at the Kontiki beach hotel and hope to look for a change once we come back

The room we stayed in was nicely appointed and we were able to walk right out to the canal from our room. The pool was nice and not crowded the weekday we spent in it. Management was very nice and responded immediately to our needs. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because we had dinosaurs rearranging furniture in the room above us, but it wasn't too terrible.

Came here for spring break. Great rooms, they were comfortable, n nice m clean. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything you'll need for the stay ( cups, pots n pans, plates, utensils, cooking utensils) Staff was friendly. Loved that they have a smaller private pier for like fishing with lil ones n then the longer private pier out further into the ocean. Definitely caught more out there. Also, enjoyed their "new" storm made private beach. We will definitely be back
