This is an amazing business. I called them about some info I needed for septic. Linda was the operator and she educated me through what’s all the requisites someone should know about septic, how it’s different from the sewer world and offered to also send more info via mail.
She also looked up and gave info on when the cleaning was last done and that I didn’t need it right away unless I had problems.

Considering this interaction and all the other good things I’ve heard about this business, I will recommend them to anyone anyday!

Had friends coming into town and a surprise septic service issue at the same time. Bill got things squared away in short order, fixed an internal issue, gave us a follow up call, and made sure my wife and I could go get our friends from the airport together instead of separate. Had my septic pumped today (6-23-22). I fell asleep and didn't answer the door when they arrived. They still pumped the septic for us and did a great job leaving everything just as they found it. They left the invoice on the door. I even called because I never thought they would have done it without someone being home. Super polite on the phone. I would recommend them for sure!

One morning my septic tank alert alarm sounded. I knew my day just got complicated. I called Kons Septic Service and within a couple of hours I heard their truck backing down my driveway. I then saw a pickup truck close behind. It was Dave the owner of Kons. Dave assessed the problem and told me that the pump was bad. He and his helper cleaned both tanks and replaced the pump which he had with him. In no time, my septic system was working great. Dave also checked to see if the rest of the system was in good working order. He then explained how I can keep my system running trouble-free. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to educate his customers. The service was great and the cost was reasonable. I am very satisfied with Kons!

We had Kon's come out and inspect and pump our septic system. We wanted to know more about it, and where our drain field was, etc. Billy was extremely helpful and willing to explain everything and walk us though what we could do that would be best for our septic system. He was very knowledgeable and we would recommend them to anyone looking for great service.
