I went here for a decadent sweet breakfast. I got the iced HK style milk tea and the Golden Lava toast, which were both really really good!
The atmosphere is relaxed, and service is very forthcoming.
Love that they opened at 8am so early risers like me have a place to eat ?
Definite recommendation!

Kong Sikh Tong is a popular HK styled restaurant with typical offerings of Cha Chaan Tengs, all at affordable prices. The wait is pretty long during the weekends, but does move really quick.

It definitely helps if you know Cantonese, as we received service faster when we used Cantonese in comparison. The service is also very fast and the food came out pretty quick.

The food was pretty good, very comparable to HK quality. The French Toast was a little thick but still light and fluffy, and the sauce complimented it very well. I ate the Salt and Pepper Fish Filet, which wasn't too salty but fried lightly. The only downside is they do include the seeds within the pepper, which may overwhelm you with spice if you aren't expecting it.

Overall, it is a wonderful place to grab a bite for breakfast or have a brunch while in Chinatown.

今天再來吃菠蘿裡的奶油好鹹！！！！！但菠蘿還是好吃 第一次吃咖哩魚片飯 很大一份耶！魚片很多 還有青椒洋蔥馬鈴薯 才$9又好吃 非常划算
用餐時間常常要等 氣氛很吵雜 彷彿香港 可以Venmo 我覺得這裡比麻布和明星都好吃！

Great meal. Highly recommend the duck egg fried rice, very unique taste, not like your usual fried rice. Per picture, we got salty egg fried rice with jumbo shrimp, pineapple bun, golden lava toast, pork chop with lemongrass on top of rice.

Okay mixed review a hesitant 5 stars… id say the desserts and drinks r hella good but the food was just that impressive and a bit heavy. GO FOR THE GOLDEN LAVA TOAST! the instant ramen was also kinda fun even though i dont like cheese. Not pictured are: hong kong milk tea, ube milk, mango sago drink — mango sago drink is very refreshing and i remember it the most lol

Kong Sikh Tong has quickly become one of our staples! The quality is just as good as HK restaurants in Vancouver, and it’s super authentic. The prices are almost the same, or even cheaper than some places in Vancouver, which is rare for NY. They also have a unique twist on HK French toast with a salted egg lava filling that’s delicious. Great place to bring friends from out of town!

Quick service, very good food and the waiters are friendly. I mean you just can't go wrong with this place and plus look at my food you know you want it. They also take cash or venmo so it's convenient you just show em your payment transfer.

This place has long line but the wait is quick. The popular dish Assorted Beef is good and I like that it comes with broccoli. The other popular dish Chicken Wings in Grapefruit Honey Sauce is just okay. The Hong Kong style milk tea is good and strong. The Golden Lava French Toast is disappointing, I do not taste any salty egg at all, cannot compare to the one from the Eight Restaurant in London.
