We are new to Denver and weren't sure who to work with on granite counters for our kitchen. We're so glad we met Jose and Delia of F & I Construction. They were great to work with, met our timeline, worked with our budget, quickly responded to a glitch in our planning, and installed beautiful granite well. I highly recommended contacting them for your remodel and install work.

We did our research and had 7 different estimates for a total bathroom gut. We liked F&I the best and we are so happy we chose them. They were professional, helpful, honest, and did excellent work. I can’t say enough good things about this family company! It was a surprisingly painless experience and we could not be happier with the new bathroom

I could not be happier with our choice to have F&I (Jose) complete our bathroom remodel. Jose helped us make good decisions in the planning, and completed all phases of the work professionally, on time, and with the highest quality results. When we had questions, Jose was super responsive and always made us feel heard. By far, he is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. Highly recommend!!

Jose’s craftsmanship is above and beyond! We are doing a huge basement remodel and every piece of tile was laid out perfectly. A very challenging job that involved major leveling of a slab cement floor. Every sub that has come after Jose has remarked over and over what a fabulous job he. Even the cabinet installers couldn’t believe how level everything was - “first job we’ve done where we didn’t have to use shims to level the cabinets. The photos don’t really do it justice bc of ongoing construction but we recommend Jose 100%!

Jose and his team did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms back at the beginning of 2024 they finished in march. Since then we have called them a couple times with questions, everytime jose has dropped whatever he was doing and shown up at our house to help us with whatever we have needed. I have never meet a better company to work with. When it is time to remodel our basement we will call F&I. We had such a good experience, and to this day he still comes over with just a simple phone call. So Thank you so much to jose and his team!

Wow!! I love my kitchen! Jose and Delia and their team are amazing they listened to everything we wanted in our dream kitchen and truly delivered. Delia and I worked wonderfully together and we quickly became great friends, and worked together daily to create this Wonder Rustic Kitchen. Jose work is the best I have ever seen so meticulous and perfect, and love it all!! If you want a dream kitchen definitely hire them!!! Again can't say enough about how much I LOVE MY KITCHEN

We have had many different contractors over the years, F & I are by far the best people we have ever worked with. Our new kitchen is AWESOME, and it was done very quickly and on time. If you have a chance to have them work for you jump on it, you will be happy!!
