i brought my chihuahua mix in tonight for a potential allergic reaction, and from the phone call i made before i arrived, to when i left, i received such amazing service! every single person i came in contact with was above and beyond friendly, patient and understanding of my ‘spicy’ chihuahua who does not like to be tampered with. I was also in and out in less than 3 hours (i know this isn’t always the case). the receptionist was SO friendly and helpful. i think it is the vet tech that sees you first, and she was so upbeat and kind towards my dog and she was so funny! the vet was also very thorough and genuinely kind. i just had such a great experience during a stressful time. Rocket is feeling much better!

Wait time was very long but the care was excellent. The secretary at the front desk was exceptional. She is patient, compassionate and understanding. She is very professional and went out of her way to be kind to my kids who were up very late and concerned about their cat. The clinic is very lucky to have an employee like her.

I want to say a big thank you to this lovely clinic. To the receptionists, the wonderful doctor-Dr. Stankovic, the lovely blonde tech as well, who came and said goodbye to Emmett and got to his level at the door. The front staff were also lovely and friendly. This office took the time to explain everything. Yes- the wait time may be a bit longer, but this is an emergency clinic, so it’s understandable that animals in need come first and the vet may be assisting in an emergency. As for the rates, they may seem high, but with today’s cost of living- it is pretty standard and among all clinics. I am so thankful they were able to see my dog, as he was foaming at mouth, feeling unwell. He was put on IV amongst other things. Money comes and goes, but the love for our fur baby’s is what money cannot buy. Thank you to everyone who assisted in Emmett’s health from declining to being on the mend! Appreciate it a lot! Also very very very clean clinic! You know your animal will be very well loved while they are being looked after by this clinic. You are also able to schedule times to visit your fur baby! They are very welcoming and understand how stressful it can be for you and your fur baby! Thank you !!

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Toby.❤️ He is home and doing very well. If possible, I would give 10 stars to the receptionist Tracey. She was so amazing, helpful and genuine with her care of Toby. I really appreciate everyone but she was the shining light for sure.

We took our brand new kitten Saturday night late and unfortunately had to put him down. The entire staff so so caring and accommodating. Highly recommend but hoping you don’t ever need them. Thank you to everyone who helped us. As painful as the experience was for us personally you handled us and our kitten with such love.
