It's a little older, my sister and brother in law has a room on the same floor (8th) a/c did not work, and they came in late so no one fixed the a/c not did they credit them with one free night. The pool area had such a strong smell of chlorine. I felt my clothes fading without even being in the water. The restaurant was nice. I was kinda disappointed they really did not cater to globalist. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the hotel is just a little dated

Was there for a wedding. If you park in the Hyatt parking lot bring a card to pay for parking. The ballrooms however are all the way on the opposite side of the building and upstairs so be prepared for a walk! The signage for directions could have been better it was a bit confusing but we found it. The bartenders were great and friendly! And here was a man walking around asking if everyone is enjoying themselves a few times before dinner and after. Food was good chicken was a little dry but sauce made up for it. Overall it was nice

Rooms are very nice. Beautiful inside. If there is an event going on, you have to deal with the arms to get into the parking. Sadly, no free breakfast. Parking is not included with your room.

We went to see the Sistine Chapel Exhibition at the KI Center. I suggest parking across the street which is around $0.85 an hour. It is directly across the street. The KI Convention Center has large and nice rooms for meetings. The main room is very big.

Went to the dinner and mystery murder show It was so much fun. The actors did a great job. I would recommend this to anybody especially family.
