My air had been out for 2 weeks (just think: Houston summer) and I was struggling. I had my home warranty to check it and the first technician said everything was fine with my AC. He can't out twice and said the same thing, even though it was 90 degrees in my house both times he showed up.
The second tech said what was wrong but my home warranty wanted me to pay an additional large amount of money on top of the service fees I had already paid. I thought to myself, I might as well replace the system for this another of money. And so i looked around and Konpetan was recommended to me by a church member. I called them up and they came out the next day to check out my system. Schedeur was very professional and helpful. He gave me a quote, we set up the appointment. They came out; they worked fast; and they worked hard. They even took off their shoes at the door! They weren't skittish about my puppy who decided he wanted to be friends with everybody. They took out their trash and picked it all up and carried it away. The service overall was great! They were so professional and all the information was laid out before me. The quality of their work is unmatched in the companies that I see mostly around today. The professionalism that they carried their business with is a lost art. I will definitely call on them again for any other HVAC system needs that I have in the future. Hopefully, it won't be because the system konks out, but that would be on the manufacturer, not the installers! I'm just happy that I was able to call on Konpetan in the moment that I needed them.
