My first interaction with DVH was when my newly adopted cat was sick, and the staff went above and beyond to get Lea looked at within the hour whilst putting up with my very stressed and worried self.

I've since been back twice for preventative visits and I cannot speak highly enough for the friendly and professional experience from all members of the team.

In particular the communication by the vets / nurses of what is going on with my cats and things I can do to keep them healthy are clear and really appreciated as a new cat parent.

They also have a great web interface to not only make bookings but to pull records and invoices for your pets, which as someone who dislikes making phone calls is amazing.

Fantastic!!
Our family friends came here after they had a horrific experience at a previous vet clinic, they raved about dandenong vet hospital and we thought we’d give here a go as one of our dogs get stressed out and nervous at vet clinics.
There are not enough words in the english language to describe how fantastic they were. They were incredibly patient with our nervous and stressed dog, unbelievably kind and understanding. Our wonderful vet happily (and awkwardly) got on all fours and under the table while our dog happily sat next to me to get his shots. The vets here really understand dog behaviour and how to work WITH the dogs to help them, not just ‘solve’ a dog or a dogs problem. Our dogs have never been so calm and excited to come see a veterinary clinic. I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. I am so happy with the care provided for my dogs

Staff are super friendly and my two boys were so relaxed & at ease with the welcoming environment. Darren took great care in getting to know our history & thoroughly explaining our healthcare options. Especially love that they have an in-house Titre Testing. Very impressed with this practice!

We were and always are greeted in a friendly way and always give my dog Jasper pats and attention. And even though the nurses had to express Jasper's anal glands and one of them ( I'm so very sorry to forget your name! ) got some on her she was still happy and smiling. Nothing is ever too much, they truly love animals.

We know when we bring Eden here that she is getting the best care from all of the staff! Every single vet here is extremely knowledgeable in their field & are so patient with anxious dogs to ensure they are comfortable before any examinations. Dr. Nola Huynh is a wonderful vet who makes time to explain anything we aren’t sure of & goes through every detail with her check-ups, the best!! The nurses & receptionists are also very kind & always making time for us to bring Eden in & helping us with any emergency situations!

Everyone is always super friendly and we know our boy Rusty is in good care! We have been taking him here for around 5-6 years now 🙂
They've nursed him from being hit by a car to having a cancerous lump removed and little things in between ❤️

Even from the first visit when i brought Griff here everyone has been so nice and helpful.

They are very well and responsible priced, this is definitely a great place to bring your pets.

Oh and i love that is open 24/7 for any pet care.
